Refund and Exchange Policy
Tickets are refundable for illness. Please stay home if you are sick. Free exchanges if requested prior to the showtime. If we are closed, please leave a voicemail.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Bay City Players). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
