• Exchanges/Refunds:
  • Tickets are refundable for illness. Please stay home if you are sick. Free exchanges if requested prior to the showtime. If we are closed, please leave a voicemail.
  • If you are unable to use your tickets, kindly inform us as soon as you are able so we might offer them to others interested in attending.
• Arriving:
  • Patrons are encouraged to reserve tickets online, rather than getting them at the door.
  • The box office and lobby open 60 minutes prior to showtime.
  • Parking is first come, first serve. 
  • Seating is 30 minutes prior to showtime.
